The ever deepening interest in research and development is distinctive to the contemporary entrepreneurship. Sharing the future-based values, we have been favourable to research and development for years. Therefore, investing in young researchers and scientists on the one hand and roping in the emerging specialists from the other has had a discernible impact on our everyday business. Even when every penny isn't easily justified, we are convinced that the entrepreneurial activities which are based on the smart and considerate solutions have a future — in the perspective of our clients, colleagues and young specialists.

Our research and development objectives have been set as follows:

• foster the specialization of the young and offer beneficial experiences through practical work,
  
• support the self realization of the young scientists, as well as the cumulation of the knowledge on culture, nature and technology,
  
• school our team and develop the technologies necessary for the logistic solutions.
  

To accomplish our research and development objectives we:

• offer internship possibilities to the young and emerging specialists in our company,
  
• offer scholarships to the young scientists and collect the analyses and publications written by them,
  
• school our team, invest in the modern, green technology, as well as in the hardware and software necessary for the logistic solutions (GPS devices, special programs and databases).
